On January 1, 2025, Armelle For Kids turned 25, marking a journey filled with passion, creativity, and dedication to empowering children through music. It’s the perfect time to reflect on how far we’ve come and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that await.

A Humble Beginning

In January 2000, Armelle’s Language Studio opened its doors with a clear mission: to teach children French through the magic of music. With her four-month-old son, Trevor, as her first student, Armelle created a cozy, vibrant space where music and language came to life. Over time, word spread about the engaging and effective classes, and more students joined.

By 2006, the studio expanded to include Learn Spanish Through Music and Rock Your World Kids, a multicultural music program that introduced children to rhythms and songs from around the globe. Families and educators from diverse backgrounds joined this growing community, creating a network bound by a shared love of learning.

Change and Growth

While the studio flourished, Armelle found herself longing to focus on her creative passions: recording songs, developing curriculums, and training teachers. In 2010, she partnered with Tom Zino of Gym on Wheels. Together, they transitioned the programs into schools, offering music-based language learning to preschool classrooms. Tom’s guidance and shared vision helped the programs thrive, and in 2018, Armelle For Kids was born as an independent entity when Tom retired.

Since then, Armelle For Kids has reached thousands of children, families, and educators, bringing the joy of music and language to classrooms and homes. Each song, rhythm, and workshop session has been a testament to the transformative power of music in education.

From engaging classrooms to heartfelt recording sessions, every experience has reinforced our mission to make language learning an inspiring journey.
